Most orders are shipped from Mainland UK on the same day if received before 1pm and we have the item in stock. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase normally 2-3 days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
UK orders are either shipped via Parcel2Go, Parcel Force, DPD or Royal Mail which is normally next day delivery however please allow 3 – 5 working days.
Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.
Any returns should be sent to the RETURNS address. Please include a note with your order number, name and address etc with your returned items.
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the shipping carrier’s website.
International shipping charges will vary based on package size, weight and country of destination. We ship “Heavy Items” to the following locations. Please note that there is no expedited service available for shipping of heavy items.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported to your country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment; however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies differ usually from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return.
